Well. Everyone's been considerably down lately. And don't leave nasty snide remarks because I'm not stupid enough to be unable to recognize why you're upset. It's just strange to hear the rainbow and sunshine crowd going into over dramatics, is all. Go take some pepper up potion and stop writing in your bloody journals for a month, it will do us all some good.

While he can be very kind and pleasant to individuals, he does not take bad days very easily and is unfortunately very poor at reeling back his emotions at that point. When he is being pleasant, he generally keeps to himself, observing the people around him and taking note of what's going on. Unfortunately, he doesn't tend to act on his gut when he thinks people need standing up for. So all those times that Isobel was teased on when they were growing up? Eh, he always noticed, but never really cared enough to say something. He knows how to get on with her, the trick for working with her but doesn't really see the gain he would get from sharing it with others and so he keeps it to himself. Sure he feels bad for his older sister, but maybe she needs the toughening up. If you can't stand the heat, and all that muggle nonsense. Oscar was sorted into Slytherin for his ambition, and it does not go to waste. He is constantly calculating, constantly thinking and scheming. He has a grand dream of opening up a chain of Quidditch stores when he finishes up school. Unfortunately, the chances of that actually happening are about equal to his chances of getting married tomorrow, i.e. never. Sure, he dreams big, but he knows that he'll probably end up in a tiny box working nine to five for the rest of his life.
