Box 1 - Your delivery has been returned to our depot awaiting your instructions Box 2 - We will re-attempt delivery tomorrow morning (Mon-Fri)
Box 1 was ticked, hence me trying to contact the depot to arrange collection. I’ve just managed to get through to them, only to be told that the parcel is now back out for delivery!
What is the point of telling me one thing and doing the other? We’ve now got to wait in until the courier delivers... not exactly convenient.
