Me: Amy, would you please try and reach through the gate?
Amy: I can't reach it, Daddy.
Cara: *grizzle* Want toys!
Me: Cara? Why did you throw the toys over the gate then?
Cara: *silence*
Amy: I know why she did it.
Me: Why, Amy?
Amy: Because she didn't want me to have them.
Me: Ok, thank you Amy.
Amy: Any time, Daddy.
