Subject:The Heirophant: Victor Westerveldt
Time:05:40 pm
Card: The Heirophant strives to create peace and harmony in the midst of a crisis, but can also be stubborn and hidebound; wise and soothing, at best, but also an unbending conservative. The Heirophant is described as rigid, past-oriented, pro-conformity, and teacher of all things worldly.

Personality: Victor is described by others as a royal snob, a prince of charm, and a know-it-all. He probably travels around the entire continent more than any other one person, listens in on any conversation he wishes, and just simply knows a lot about the entire Arcane kingdom and isn't shy to let everyone know it.

Biography: Younger brother to the Emperor, Victor is a well of knowledge and a firm believer in polygamy too bad for him no one else is. His many wives don't know of the others (all being from different kingdoms) and if they ever did he is convinced he could just charm his way back into their good graces. The bond between his brother and himself is strong and Victor, surprisingly, has no interest in ever being Emperor.

Victor spends almost all his time wandering back and forth between all the kingdoms on "official business." In actuality all Victor does is split his time between spying in on whoever Kingston asks him to and oozing all over whichever wife is around.

Relationships:
-Brother to Kingston and Alistair
-Husband to Nadia

Subject:The Wheel of Fortune: Nadia Westerveldt
Time:09:52 pm
Card: The Wheel of Fortune is all about big things, luck, change, and fortune; almost always good fortune. The card indicates abundance, happiness, destiny, personal vision, turning point, movement, and elevation. The Wheel of Fortune is described as change that just happens, and with it comes great joy.

Personality: Selfish, sassy, and a bit of a nitwit.

Biography: Born into one of the prestigious families of the Arcane kingdom, Nadia was raised to be a social climber and has almost reached the top. Friends of Fiona and Yukiko, the three women plan to take the kingdom by storm in due time. Marrying Victor, the brother of the Emperor, has put her in place to make her ultimate goal attainable - her eyes set on the Emperor and Empress, though she has no intention of sharing the throne with the "love of her life."

Relationships:
-Wife to Victor

Subject:The Sun: Cecilia Westerveldt
Time:10:45 pm
Card: The Sun symbolizes discoveries made while conscious and is a card of intellect, clarity of mind, and feelings of youthful energy. The Sun is it's own ruler and follows no one or thing and is characterized as being enlightened, lustful, and assured.

Personality:

Biography: Said to be imprisoned for treason and exchanging information with the Runes, Cecilia has been placed behind bars for crimes she didn't commit. The king of Cups at the time, Malcolm, was still trying to produce a male heir to his throne (pressured by his own father) and was sleeping with Cecilia while away to war in an attempt to do so. Witnessing Malcolm murdered by his own father, the Emperor himself, Cecilia was imprisoned so no one would believe her even if they listened to her witness account.

Cecilia was transferred to the Stave prison when the Arcane castle was destroyed. Before her imprisonment, though, Cecilia was a known harlot and unashamed to admit it. Still unsure if her and Malcolm's time together was a success, Cecilia believes that a pregnancy would be her ticket out of her cell.
