Hello Hinata,

I apologize that you were not able to experience the full extend of the tea that I had stated that I would make for you.

As I can not fulfill this, I have asked the staff to prepare an assortment of tea leaves for you which can be picked up at the cafe. Instructions are also included on the correct brewing procedure.
