It had been some time since Jeff had spoken with Luna, but he was finally getting the chance to re-connect with his cousin. He managed to set up a meeting at the Avengers Mansion, to save her the trouble of having to travel. When he arrived, he waited for her in the foyer.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Jeff is five feet and eight inches tall and weighs in average for a male his age that exercises regularly and has a very athletic build. He has brown hair and blue eyes. When in battle, he most often chooses the same physical form that his father, Teddy, chose.
AGE: 10 (Developmentally, both physically and mentally, 17 due to rapid Skrull/Mysical aging)
BIRTHDAY: August 1

ABILITIES: As part-Skrull, Jeff is able to change his appearance by altering his size, shape, and color. When he increases his mass his strength also increases. He typically manifests claws and wings as necessary in battle, like his father before him. His Skrull physiology also gives him the ability to heal from injury at an accelerated rate and sub-consciously move and reshape his vital organs to protect himself from mortal damage. Jeff's shape-shifting abilities are detailed enough to bypass highly sensitive eye-scans and voice-scans.

WEAKNESSES AND FLAWS: As a result of how Jeff came into existence, his Kree heritage was erased to make his the biological son of both Teddy and Billy. Thus, Jeff is technically only half-Skrull and half-human.

HISTORY: Jeff Altman was born from a mystical event caused by his father, Billy Altman. Billy and Teddy wanted a child so badly that, one night, Billy started chanting for a child that was biologically the son of Billy and Teddy, together. His mystical powers formed a baby boy in his arms, and all of Billy's power was assumed locked away in the child. They had tests run on the child and discovered that it biologically belonged to the both of them. Jeff was given a name, after Billy's father, and raised by his two fathers.

Originally, Jeff was meant to be an only child. The arrival of Wally was a complete surprise to the entire family. What was even more of a surprise was that Wally had any mystical powers, as they had assumed all of it was locked inside of Jeff. As a result, they gave Wally the Nega-Bands to keep his power at bay. Jeff made it his mission to watch over his younger brother, despite the oddity that Wally matured much faster than him. When the day came that Wally suddenly disappeared and was assumed dead, Jeff was the one to meet the Avengers and clear out Wally's room. During his visit, he discovered the Nega-Bands resting in the garden at the mansion, and he took them to be returned to his grandfather, Captain Marvel.

Not long after, Jeff mustered up the courage to join the Avengers part-time.
