You know, this could have gone a lot worse.
Will really hadn't realized how much went into a wedding; he'd stayed far away from Caitlin's and merely arrived at the ceremony (after sending Frank Longbottom to France, of course...), Deidra eloped, Bree's was in their backyard, and well...he honestly had not known the effort it was to put something like this together. He was glad that he had, of course, and the whining and complaining he'd done during the past few weeks were silenced as he amazed himself with how remarkable everything was.
And maybe he was just a bit in shock at the idea of being married, things like that tended to make your eyes glaze over in either pure happiness or absolute horror.
As Will tried to make the kiss linger some more, he figured that this wasn't absolute horror he was feeling. They'd gotten over their baby...bump, as silly as that sounded, even though it was mostly a topic they avoided for the time being. He was getting used to the idea of being a father, as much as he thought possible with only a handful of people (not including any of his family) actually knowing. It should be an interesting time.
"Well, that's good," he murmured, still leaning in toward her to hopefully snag another kiss, "because then this would've been quite the waste."
