New Year's Eve!
A WILD FIRECRACKER HAS APPEARED!It's holiday season at the Wizarding Wireless Network, and preparations are underway not only for the European Quidditch Cup, but for their NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY, a magical (no pun intended!) night open to the ticket-purchasing public! However, a full-scale war is being waged between one station manager, Octavius O. Pepper, and his assistant, Mirabelle K. Jasper, and the casualties have been numerous. Pranks have been pulled, buildings vandalized, thefts committed, innocent by-standers fallen from the crossfire... in fact, the next victim may be YOU!
New Year's Eve will be a night to remember, and not only for the decorations and entertainments. At the stroke of midnight, firecrackers will go off in the hall, but if your character gets hit by the sparks, they will be overcome by the urge to kiss the person standing nearest them! With

PRE-PARTY/INFO • This post is where you can sign characters up to be matched via random pairing! BUT BE PREPARED TO KISS worst enemies, best friends, best friends' spouses, strange people, womanizers, barracudas, and people who don't shower.
• The compulsion begins and ends with the kiss, so how far your characters take it, or are affected by it is entirely up to you.
• You're more than welcome to independently wreak havoc upon your characters, but you might consider signing up a character if they have been quiet for a while and need some shaking up, or you/they are feeling particularly gutsy!
• Not everyone may be matched if the male:female ratio is off, SO THE MORE PARTICIPANTS THE BETTER!

(ALSO THIS IS ALL GOOD FUN, SO HAVE FUN OKAY)AT THE PARTY • If your character has other threads/plots, go for it! Just make sure said character is in position by midnight for some snogging.
• At 11:55, the hall will begin to dim to black and the ceiling will start to look like the sky. At 10 seconds to midnight begins the countdown, and at 12:00, fireworks will go off above the crowd! Then you know what to do ;]
• (You might even skip the kiss/party entirely and head straight into the aftermath, if you've got something juicy planned.)
