So, uh, with this post, Rachel McAdams wins baobabble, tying for first place in the realm of 'separate posts' with Blake at five and totally blowing the competition out of the water with 968 total icons. I wanted to icon her in Married Life, but there weren't any caps at my fave Rachel site, so I did Wedding Crashers instead. So...platinum blonde some other time.

What? She's just really cute, mmkay?

	UGH when I heard that Bana was playing Henry I was like OH NO THEYDINT, AND UMM HAVE THEY READ THE BOOK? I totally saw someone with the body of Ben Whishaw, just totally leggy and skin-n-bones. I really wonder if the casting was done by two totally separate groups who never ever spoke or something. Because Rachel is such a PERFECT Clare (I swear she's pretty much who I pictured while reading it, and I even read it before my Rachel-obsesh hit hard,) and Bana is such a TERRIBLE Henry. It makes no sense. So all I can figure is that either someone who read the damn book cast Rachel and someone with their thumb up their butt cast Eric without consulting person one, or there was crack involved.

Actually, this is Hollywood. So probably both.

I don't think he's that great of an actor, either, which will probably get me shot someday for saying that. He just doesn't do anything for me, and he just doesn't elicit any emotional response from me other than sheer annoyance. Like The Other Boleyn Girl, I was so over him about ten minutes in. That's the way with every movie of his that I've seen. Troy, Other Boleyn Girl, Munich... I was just not impressed. I hope he doesn't ruin Henry for me D:

LOL I figured.

No, he's not a great actor. It's not that he's bad, he's just...meh. He says his lines, he makes the right faces, but there's something lacking. His performances are never moving or powerful or particularly believable. He's just...blank. A mannequin. Nothin' doin'.

Everyone's gonna groan at me for saying this, but...I secretly want RyGoss for Henry. That's honestly not coming from the RyGoss/Rachel=HollywoodOTPforeva place, though; I just think he has the acting chops to pull it off, and the body type and everyman-handsomeness to fit.

...should we move our like 5 simultaneous convos to aim, do you think? ;P
