Basics

FULL NAME: Your character's full name.
NICKNAMES: Any nicknames of importance.
AGE: Your character's age.
BIRTHDAY: Your character's birthday.
BLOOD STATUS: Pure-blood, Half-blood, Muggleborn, Squib, etc.


Family/Relationships

PARENTS:

MOTHER: Mother.
FATHER: Father.

SIBLINGS: Siblings.
EXTENDED FAMILY: Of importance.

FRIENDS: What your character looks for in friends/type of friends he or she has.

SEXUALITY: Heterosexual, Homosexual, etc.

SIGNIFICANT OTHER: Girlfriend/Boyfriend or Spouse.
CHILDREN: Children and ages (staff only)


LIVING ARRANGEMENTS

LOCATION: Where they leave (ex. Moscow, Russia)
CURRENT RESIDENCE: Sort of home have/who they live with.


Occupation/Income (Staff Only)

PREVIOUS OCCUPATION(S): Your character's previous occupation (of importance).
CURRENT OCCUPATION: Your character's current occupation.

CLASS: Working class, old money, nouveau riche, etc.


Education

HOUSE/YEAR: Your character's current house/year or the year they graduated. (list graduation year if Staff)
CLUBS/AFFILIATIONS: Prefect, Head Boy/Girl, Quidditch, etc... (students only)


Politics

LOYALTY/ALLIANCE: Siding with the Headmaster? Against him? Neutral?

POLITICAL VIEWS: In the wizarding world. Your character's feelings about muggle/wizard relationships, muggles, werewolves and other half-bloods, blood purity, etc.


Appearance

APPEARANCE: What your character looks like, mannerisms, what others might assume seeing your character or hearing him or her speak, etc. Can be in list form, or in paragraph form, so long as specifics are there.


Personality

WAND: Size, wood, core, flexibility.
BOGGART: Greatest fear (unrelated to family deaths).
PATRONUS: Patronus.

LIKES: Things they like.
DISLIKES: Things they dislike.

STRENGTHS: Personality-wise and misc. (such as cooking).
WEAKNESSES: Personality-wise and misc. (such as cooking).

DETAILED PERSONALITY: Your character's personality. Particularly try to hit on their driving motivations and tell us how they've developed or show opportunities for development during the game. Try to aim for at least three solid paragraphs.


History

CHILDHOOD: At least two solid paragraphs.

HOGWARTS. At least two solid paragraphs.

POST-HOGWARTS. At least two solid paragraphs.
