	Agave Lizard Mostly green, brown. Sits across Gideon's shoulders, into intrigue. Speaks only to Gideon and Isadore. His magic abilities are unknown/untested. His familiar is Gideon Morrow
	Casius Black bird Large, black, intimidating, quiet and thoughtful, hoarse voice. His familiar is Ohana Hitomi
	Cassieopeia Bali Starling Small, white, gentle and sweet. Her familiar is Oharu Hitomi
	Été Siamese Calico Cat Mostly black, orange spots, white belly and paws, excellent memory, good at spell magic, very helpful. She spends much of her time in Garage's office at school (especially on days when his students are trying dangerous spells). Her familiar is Garage Wells
	Shirotaiki White wolf Large, white, female. She was born with earth, fortuna, and daemon abilities. She can work some minor spellcasting, but it's nothing she's comfortable with. She's polite and sassy in turns with a sarcastic sense of humor. Her familiar is Hamlin Graves

Squirt Mouse lemur Brown, big eyes. His familiar is Elliot Waldemar

	Ondine Sumatran tiger After several encounters they bonded. Ondine is as forward as her mage and will talk to other mages unprompted. Ondine can read but doesn't like to and is a touch lazy magically - she can conjure her own air bubble to swim for longer but would rather just let Isabelle do it for her. Her familiar is Isabelle Nereida

Nyota Female Leopard Confidant and close friend, Miles will often talk over problems and thoughts as well as reading text aloud to ask her thoughts. They will sort out problems together and Miles has taught her to read. In turn she is closely in tune with his moods. Like Miles she can perform healing magic and she is rather gifted, though she leaves the experimental magic to him. She reflects some of Miles’ isolation throughout life, in being shy, aloof of strangers and softly spoken, but kind; she will become attached to those closest to Miles and she can be affectionate like an oversized housecat. Her familiar is Miles Huxley

	Braxxis Anna's Hummingbird He tries to be a voice of reason for her, but usually ends up being as nervous and flighty as she is. Braxxis has wide ranging magical abilities, but is really only competent with wind and wood elemental magic at this stage. (Well, if you're going to be flying about in the wind and enjoying the plant life, you want to be competent in these things!) Esther tries to encourage Braxxis to 'branch out' and Braxxis.. well, he tries to encourage Esther overall. He doesn't read or write. His familiar is Esther Tzigane
	Miki Yellow Mongoose She is competent with illusion magic. She usually only speaks to Ajax, but will extend her communications to others if the need arises. When dealing with Ajax she is fairly forward, though the two of them have been known to play games with each other. When dealing with others, Miki's manner varies. She can be quite forward, as she is with Ajax, or she can be vague and cryptic. She has her guard up no matter what, though. Ajax has taught Miki how to read a little, but she has no interest in writing. Her familiar is Ajax
	Sylvia Aye Aye Like her owner, Sylvia is a little.. off balance. Sylvia possesses a strange kind of magic. ;) She tends to make others (and their familiars) uncomfortable. Her familiar is Rabiah
