Powers: Moderate superhuman speed, reflexes, and endurance.
Weaknesses and flaws: Unlike most to make it from Apokalips to Earth, Iota is no goddess; while she's faster and can keep going longer than a human, she's not really stronger or more durable than any athletic girl her age, and her willingness to ignore pain and fatigue could easily compound injuries.
Iota is also extremely emotionally dependent and takes little initiative that doesn't involve food, hugs, or stabbing. She has a minor learning disability.

Backstory:
A very young Hunger Dog of Apokalips 'released' from the ghetto onto Earth as part of a trap for the sentimental Knockout, Iota benefitted from the fact that Knockout had better backup than the Furies had planned for. She was adopted by Knockout and her wife, Scandal Savage, and life from 5 (they simply assume she was 5) to 20 has been a glorious cycle of song -- and food, and hugs, and cheerful bloodbaths -- because the early-ingrained basis for comparison makes the dullest things seem grand.
How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: With her cousins for Suicide Squad
