Born in 1978. Elle moved to Plesantview three years ago to be closer to her sister Kylie, who is a patient at the Plesantview Asylum. She bought the Pleasantview Cafehouse and renovated, making it a viable business.

She's friendly, but closed off, often times keeping a lot of herself away from others. She can be spontaneous and surprising, though often times she leans toward her workaholic side. She proclaims herself polyamorous, but having many decent relationships helps her avoid having one good one and having to share more of herself than she's willing to.

Her most recent girlfriend Jane Carter broke it off with her when she was accepted to a good school away from Pleasantview. She fell out of her relationship with Rich Crittenden.
