General things
NavigationHere's some information on general things related to the game. This is also the post you can ask questions in. Remember, no question is stupid!
AgeAll canon middle school character are now at least 18 in this game (or 17 going 18, if born before April). The oldest are 20 going 21 this year. if you're unsure what your characters' age is, check
this post.
RolesArtists: The automatic option. Your character becomes a singer for the company.
Composers, Songwriters: Not cut out for singing? Compose and/or write songs for others instead!
Company managers: Coaches only position. Only coaches / adults can be applied for this position and this is the only position they can have, too.
SongsCharacters may use any and all songs done by their Voice Actors and Musical actors. Meaning all of them if there's been several casts. Songs from the series and songs from outside the series are all okay. Even character songs from the other series' are okay.
If that's not enough (sometimes the actors only have a few songs or the characters have very little character songs) you can also use outside sources. You just have to mention that when you talk about the songs!
BandsTenipuri band songs will be a thing for later in the game, once we have more characters. They can't be used as solo versions as of yet, unless they have canonly been made as solo versions. Stay tuned for more informations on bands later!
Other jobsThere will be events for all the artist', but also other jobs. Voice acting, musicals, movies, dramas... almost anything that might come into mind. These are, however, not available yet. Other jobs will be announced later in the game.
SchoolYour character can go to school normally if they so wish. They can be absent from school for major events - the company will make sure this is okay with your school and won't affect your graduation plans.
JournalsOnly the company members can access these journals. Whatever you post can be read by all other artists unless you make them private to yourself/someone in particular. No hacking is allowed without player permission though, if anyone knows how to hack. There's no [Action brackets] in the regular journal posts.
Making a blog post isn't the only way to communicate in this game thought! You can always make a video post or a voice post as well. For the others it will mean they can either start a RL video conversation or a phone call with you, but the post you do can be repeated over and over again. Action for videos can be done with [Action brackets] or prose text, whichever suits your interests.
For Your Eyes Only (FYEO)This is a public blog for the fans to see and comment. Only positive thoughts will be carried over in this (the company managers make sure of this). However, players are free to post here without checking in with the moderators first - as long as they make sure they are done according to guidelines. This blog isn't mandatory to player or characters, but it does help the characters with their popularity and helps players with their AC.
Players can also make Fan journals that they can comment with on the public posts... or you can also use your personal journal too, if you'd like. Actually, you don't even have to be a member of the game to do that. Just comment away to your favourite(s) and receive love back.
