Ebilene is attracted to him in a non-sexual way... like, she finds him interesting (it's the quiet) and would probably like to know him better. Mari doesn't really notice he's quiet because her loud overwhelms xD She and Adi probably overrun him and drag him around and make him listen to their talking about boys HAHAHA. Varvenis is like DAMN THAT BOY NEEDS SOME SUNSHINE. AND FOOD. AND HEY, PROBABLY SOME WOMAN TOO. Bariah probably has some long-term designs on setting him and Imphera up (omg loling forever) in the hopes of tentacling a hold on Swords after her master plan puts Imphera in line for the throne. But she won't have said anything about this to anyone.

I like this idea of Ebilene and Logan getting to know each other better, perhaps he can go out to study the culture.

OMG YES TO MARI AND ADI ALL THE TIME. It would be kinda funny if he interjected with a "Liam? No. Ráimundr is where it's at?" O.O "Did I just say that out loud?"

Elizabeth would tend to agree with Varvenis about the sunshine and the food. Logan probably hides in his room every time Bariah and Varvenis come around, HE DUN WANNA GET MURRIED.
