It had been a spur of the moment decision but she knew the timing had been just too perfect. With Samir on the inside and all of their resources she knew it would have the effect that they had wanted. It was almost too easy. She waited in the parking lot, an unimposing figure who blended in with all the others who were milling about. Soon enough they wouldn't be so calm. Soome enough they would be panicked and running around. Chaos. Instability. Her skin felt like it was alive with electricity.
