Hello students and staff,

It is with a heavy heart that I welcome you back to campus from winter break. As I'm sure most of you have heard, after Christmas there was a gruesome murder of several muggles just outside Bluebell Town. As a community we mourn this loss. I can not stress how important personal safety is at this point. Please do not go into town alone and it is highly discouraged to leave the campus after nightfall. If you are feeling overwhelmed or at a loss please know that my office is always open and Miss Jenny Hough has extended her hours in the counseling room if you need to talk to someone.

There will be a flyer later in the week with more news from school. Aside from that, enjoy your return and I hope to see you all at the Winter Carnival.
