"Beer and cake are my food groups" Julian joked, lighting a cigarette. "I suppose not eating all that junk helps you keep your figure" he complimented Erica. It was cheesey, but he was buzzing enough not to care.

"It's not like any of her parties I've been to before" Jules agreed, looking around. Most of the kids were just chatting. Not even a game of spin the bottle yet. "I guess Michi can't drink though, no? I guess that has something to do with it."
