Erica was still sort of wigged out about watch duty. Their group hadn't really found anything too awful, but when she heard about what some of the other groups had found, she had just about quit the entire thing. It was scary, but she knew she could take care of herself. Still, she had been thinking about getting a boyfriend or something until everything was figured out. If the killer came after her, she was going to need someone to outrun, after all.

Walking through the dance, she was mostly bored, looking around absently for Julian or Shelby, and coming up empty. She thought she had seen Jules kissing some ginger earlier, but if you didn't scoop Julian up quick at a social event, you didn't always get him. She didn't know where the hell Shelby had gotten off to though.. second choices weren't meant to wander off when you need them.

Reaching the punch bowl, she quickly poured herself half a glass, and made a quick glance around to check for staff before she tipped her flask and filled the cup the rest of the way with vodka. "Bottoms up," she said simply, before downing the punch and liquor in two big gulps, making a face at the mixture of sweetness and burning that now filled her throat. Looking across the refreshment table though, her eyes went slightly big as she saw the boy standing there across from her, pouring. Who was he? She couldn't help but grin, almost shyly. She didn't want to come on too strong and scare him off, she didn't think she could handle the rejection if he wasn't into her back.. but she didn't know if she could restrain herself.

"I'm Erica," she informed him boldly, thrusting her hand out him, and kind of waiting expectantly for him to kiss it.
