She was more than a little relieved when Michi told her that she didn't have to go into detail, she didn't think that her brain could really handle that right then, and she turned her head a bit to smile weakly at the younger girl. Leaning heavily on the sink, she spit quickly before wiping her mouth and shaking her head a bit. How was she supposed to look Mack in the face after last night? She was pretty sure that she had read somewhere before that the brain had ways of repressing and dealing with trauma in totally crazy situations.. she could only hope it was true.

"Pretty insane," she agreed, chuckling a little and straightening up. She stepped closer to Mich in the doorway, looking at her closely. "I did somethin' more insane, I betcha.."

She could feel the weight of the ring in the pocket of her shorts, even as tiny as it was. It was pressed against her leg like a hundred pound brick in that moment, and she fidgeted a little bit, feeling the pocket out briefly. Taking it back from Mack had been one of the first things she did upon waking, there was only one person supposed to be wearing that ring, and it wasn't her.
