She nodded at him weakly and smiled. Meka watched as the kids dragged Kekoa out of the kitchen and quietly hoped that he would be fine. She knew he deserved it but really it still bothered her that someone had gotten hurt.
She took his hand gently and began waving her wand over it, whispering vulnera sanentur over it. She watched the skin patch together slowly, turning from red to pink. "Did he get you anywhere else?" she asked without being able to look him in the eyes. Meka was still holding his hand in hers, almost unwilling to let go. She was ashamed that she had let it get this far, that this was the second time she had to patch him up because of Kekoa.
