Tatum had encountered two problems in her evening so far. One of her most frequent problems, and the first, being that she definitely needed to get high. It had been a long day, between classes and still staying to work with Doctor Lisi for a while after that. She had been on the go pretty early. Plus even if it was a relaxing day, it was never a bad time to get stoned, having a tough one just gave a better excuse for it. She encountered her second problem shortly after deciding on the first one. She was going to get high, but she was starving and that was sure only to get worse in the next fifteen minutes or so.

She had a whole box of cereal and bananas, but no sugar. There was no way she was eating cereal and bananas without some sugar and she wouldn't mind getting some blueberries or something equally delicious, so she'd have to go and get some, but that was a problem with that she could deal with after the fact. Munchies came later, and smoking came first. Grabbing up her car keys from her desk, she had already rolled a joint and slipped it behind her ear. Exiting the room, she hesitated for a moment on the stairs as she had done so many times before, considering going upstairs and seeing what Mack was doing. Maybe she wanted some cereal too, it was going to be pretty awesome.

Honestly, Mack probably was just hanging out with Hunter and Michi though, so she shrugged it off instead, pulling her hood up as she made her way downstairs and out of the university building. It was starting to warm up more during the days, but it was still pretty chilly and dark at night. Tatum made her cautionary check over each shoulder for other people as she walked across the grounds toward the parking lot, intending to stick close to the edge of the woods on the way there. Satisfied that no one else was out, and the moon was actually making it pretty bright out, she pulled the joint down and fished for her lighter, blazing up a few minutes later.

Maybe she should have asked Apple or somebody to come with her, she began to consider as she was coming closer to the edge of the forest up ahead. It was darker this way, under the trees and things, and she felt a distinct shiver as she walked along the grounds, eyes still looking toward the parking lot. "Stop being stupid," she muttered, a frequent mumbler to herself when she got frustrated with her own paranoia. Which was often.
