"Yeah, I'd say it got out of hand," she agreed, eyes searching over the younger girl in front of her again. Now that they were speaking, there was no denying that something was different. Just the way Charlie was looking at her, seeming to stare right through her, was sort of unnerving. Shuffling a little uncomfortably, the shorter blonde shifted her bag on her shoulder, watching as the last girls finally began to walk away. Within in a few moments, it was just the two of them, and she found herself looking back up at Charlie again.
