Luka arrived in Hawthorne's tow. He was enthusiastic enough to come to this party, plus his mother had threatened him within an inch of his life if he didn't get Thorn out of her house right this moment.

The boys apparated onto Cinna's front lawn, Thorn a bit drunker than Luka. The older boy stumbled happily up toward the house. Thankfully the pool was out back and he wouldn't fall into it prematurely.

Luka stuck with Thorn for two reasons. He had their flask of super proofed vodka in his pocket and Luka wasn't nearly drunk enough yet in the spirit of the holiday.
