Summer vacation meant one thing to Penny - deciding where she wanted to visit and hoping that Mom and Dad let her go. This year she wanted to visit the Avengers mansion and coast on Grandma Jen's membership. Sit by the pool, work out in the training room that could handle a person who turned green on every so often, maybe get into some clubs and dance. With guys. Not that she would mention /that/ part to Dad.

After a call ahead to make sure there was room for her and it wouldn't inconvenience the household staff if she spent a week or two, she was popped into the Avengers kitchen by Mom. She immediately went to the refrigerator. First order of business - make peach iced tea.

Ronnie heads up to the roof to work on her tan and notices that it's already occupied.

"Miranda! Pennicula!" she says, going over to hug the other girl.

"Where have you been? How's your dorky brother doing?" Ronnie asks.

Cian walked in after finishing his cardio workout. He was a little sweaty and tired and going to get something cool to drink.

“Hey,” He says when he sees the group of girls in the kitchen.

Penny gleefully hugged Miranda and Ronnie, and then Cian for good measure. "Hi guys! It's summer vacation and I get to spend some of it here with you. It's peach tea, because the raspberry stuff Dad drinks is awful, Keith is hunting with Dad and Uncle Andy and I wasn't allowed to go, and pleasepleaseplease tell me you all know of some clubs we can get into without any hassles. I'm dying to have a social life for a change."

"I'm up for dressing-up, a big party, whatever!" Penny returned to mixing peach iced tea. "Some rite of passage for Olympians. I'm just as much Olympian as he is, but he's boy and I was banned from going. So I played the vacation card to come visit. Mom was planning to go to the Dark Dimension for a while anyway. This way she doesn't have to worry about me or leave me with Aunt Jenny or Grandma Jen."
