Thing is, this boy spent 6 years at Hogwarts before his parents moved to Swedan for business, bringing him with them to finish up his schooling at Durmstrang. So, anyone from 1980 who went to either Durmstrang or Hogwarts would know Cael.

He has two wizard parents, but his grandmother on his father's side is a muggle. This may effect how your character views him, if they're elitists.

This is Scott Cadwallader, Victoria's ickle younger brother. He's been working as a leasehand in the Saskatchewan oil business since his graduation (and he's 20 now, so he's still a wee youngin'). He's coming over to help Victoria with her new daughter and generally act as an overprotective sibling. Scott has spent most of his life focused on working and making money, and most of the exposure he's had with girls in any serious sense was through his sister's quidditch team, so. :*
