This is Scott Cadwallader, Victoria's ickle younger brother. He's been working as a leasehand in the Saskatchewan oil business since his graduation (and he's 20 now, so he's still a wee youngin'). He's coming over to help Victoria with her new daughter and generally act as an overprotective sibling.
