Sebastian Richards, or Bas to his friends,was born to Oliver Richards and his wife Isabella. Oliver's family owned almost half of the land that had been developed into the hydroelectric dams around Axis City. Sebastian's father turned that money into more money buying property around the city, renovating it and selling it for even more. The profits of those sales had made Richards, and his family, financially secure for the foreseeable future. Sebastian is a well known philanthropist in his own right as well as a highly successful biomathematician focusing on biotechnology.

Public Life

From early on Sebastian was groomed to be his father's heir. He didn't have a lot of friends growing up as Mr. Richards said they got in the way of business. Sebastian was a solitary child who loved to read and figure out how things worked.

When he was 13 his mother disappeared. His father said she'd not been feeling well, sick for 8-9 months and then Oliver said she just left, that she couldn't stand the city any longer. Sebastian was devastated. He was determined to grow up and do what it took to find his mother, and find out what happened.

All through school he excelled; top of his class all through high school. It was when he was 17 that things changed. Sebastian was studying for finals, and whether it was the stress or something else, he never knew, but as he grew frustrated, his desk slid across his room. Funny thing was, he'd been sitting on his bed. And soon he learned, it wasn't a one time thing either. Sebastian could move this without touching them. Small things at first but as he got older, and practiced more, the object grew and so did his ability.

The Richards' Mansion.

His father was furious when he decided to go into science instead of business but Oliver Richards only had Sebastian to take over the business. And while working in college toward a degree in biomathematics, Sebastian worked at the firm. It was the concession to being allowed to do what he wanted in school. Sebastian would work for his father if it was what he had to do, but he no longer had any desire to be a businessman. No he had far greater aspirations.top

Private Life

Sebastian has learned to develop his telekinesis a great deal and has some funky scientific gadgets. He works in secret as a vigilante; he can move things and blow things up with his mind, and carries an extendable billy club for defense should he need it as he isn't impervious. He does have a few gadgets, GPS type things that he's developed on his own. He has a very public life so being in disguise, doing things in his secret life with no one knowing is difficult. His ability pushes him to the edge so he teeters on the edge of sanity. He walks the line of the law, trying his hardest not to kill others, but won't hold back to fight. He is more than happy to let the police and/or officials take care of the "criminals" afterwards.top
