The Plot to Woo
Who: Luka and Rosana
When: Tuesday evening.
Where: Luka's room in Clemons House.
What: Rosa comes to have a chat with Luka.
Rating: Not sure yet.
Luka had no idea what he'd done to garner Rosa's attention at the moment. There was one thing he definitely knew: when she asked for an audience you made damn sure to be there. He asked Arnaud as politely as he could manage to clear off and as soon as he mentioned who was coming his roommate was gone.
He opened his door and made himself comfortable on his bed to wait for his guest. At the very least it was going to be an interesting evening.

Sauntering into the room, she moved over to Luka's side of the room, flopping down on the bed near him easily.
"How was your vacation, Luka," she asked, in a somewhat coy manner.
"Not really," he replied. "Got into shenanigans with the Evans girls. Prevent Thorny from causing world war three at his mom's. Saw Addy," he said with a little shrug.
"Sounds like you were quite busy," she observed. "How was my favorite girl? Did you just see her in passing or did you get to spend some time with her between the shenanigans and saving the world?"
She sat up straight and leaned in close, staring him dead in the eye. "I already know," she told him with a cat-like grin.
"What's to know?" he asked with an upraised eyebrow.
She sighed and leaned away from him, glancing away. "It's too bad you're being like this. I suppose it means... Well, Addy's going to be crushed." She stood up.
She closed her eyes and took a breath before opening them again and glancing back at Luka. "Adelaide Legaux, Luka. Where have you been?"
He paused for a moment. He knew Rosa was very protective of Adelaide, especially after the Andre fiasco, but it didn't explain why she was so concerned about what Luka had done or not done with her. "Why are you so interested anyway?"
Slowly, she sat again, keeping her attention on him. "That's all you did? Tickle?" She raised an eyebrow at his question. "Because she is my Addy," she replied as though it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Would you ever be interested in doing more than tickle her?"
He snorted a bit at the idea of Adelaide belonging to anyone, but he kept this thought to himself.
Then he was beyond stumped; he was floored. On the one hand, Adelaide was a girl and Luka liked doing all kinds of things with girls. On the other hand she was a friend and he knew from experience how complicated things could get if he crossed that line from friend into something more (but definitely something less than dating).
He shrugged because he didn't know how to answer that question. "Sure. Just put me on the spot why don't you."
Rosa ignored his snort, and just watched his reaction. You could always pick up on important things just from observing someone when they thought you wouldn't notice. It was obvious that he was a little torn about the whole thing...
Her lips and eyebrow quirked up slightly in amusement. "It's not that difficult of a question, Luka. Do you find her attractive?"
He had to turn this back around on Rosa somehow, but he didn't know how. He couldn't ask her if she'd bang Addy. He'd either get a slap in the face or a saucy answer and it wouldn't divert the conversation to her for long. He couldn't bring up Nikolai either. It wasn't a sore subject, but he didn't want to know what was going on between them either.
"She's cool and all that, but I don't know. That's crossing a line."
She sighed. This conversation was taking a lot more time and effort than she had originally anticipated. All she wanted to do right no was go curl up with Nico and Niko and forget about everything for a little while.
"Just... picture her in a dress. Even though she rarely acts like it, she is female."
Luka didn't bother too much with the emotional side of sex. It was fun and felt good, but beyond that he didn't get how people tacked on all those ridiculous expectations.
He knew that Adelaide was a romantic deep down. She was one of those people who built up the expectation that sex would make her partner love her, deepen their bond. And when it didn't...
Adelaide fell apart and Luka had been there to witness it. He had the vague feeling that if this wasn't handled with kid gloves it would end horribly.
"Not fucked," she corrected. "Made love to," she said with a purr, leaning close again. "You know how to do that, don't you," she asked with a smirk.
"Oh. Please. Tell me you're trying to recruit me to have sex with Adelaide." He smirked at her cheerily. "As if she'd even be interested in tapping my ass."
"Well, you do have those dimples that everyone find adorable," she smirked back. "Think of it as a challenge. I'm challenging you, betting even. That you can't bring back Addy's faith in men."
It wasn't a yes or a no. The idea, that complicated and twisted idea was starting to sound appealing to him. The challenge of the thing was brilliant; it treaded a very thin line. He could be helping a friend out or he could be ruining her for men forever. Having that much power was a little bit intoxicating.
He was trying very hard to convince himself that this was about helping Addy and not some fucked up little entertainment for Rosana (or himself). He was trying very hard not to just agree outright.
"My dimples are powerful; it's true, but I think Addy has an immunity for them.
"Who says she has to find out," she asked, temptingly.
True, it was a risky gamble. Addy would be beyond annoyed if she found out, and the results would probably be worse than the Andre fiasco. But both she and Luka were experts in discretion, so she was certain that the pros outweighed the cons. Addy deserved a second chance at being able to find love, and she was going to help her, whatever the cost.
"I don't know. I have it on good authority that she is not entirely immune to them."
"Then it's true. No girl can resist me," he joked.
He didn't know what else to say to her and he wasn't going to tip his hat either way. "I need time to think this over, Rosa."
She noticed an out when she was given one, and this one she accepted with a smile. "I understand. You think about it and let me know," she told him as she pat his cheek, leaning in and giving him a peck on the opposite one.
Standing, she smoothed down her clothes and gave him another smile. "Don't take too long, though."
