Hometown: Gabrielle was born and raised in France, the youngest daughter to a well-to-do upper middle class family.
Occupation: Gabrielle was attending Beauxbatons and then Hogwarts for her 7th year. Despite missing school during the kidnappings and being sick, she worked hard and achieved above average O.W.Ls and left term early. She is now interning at the Ministry of Magic and working toward her ultimate goal of being an Auror.
Personality: She is defensive about her family and since Fleur's marriage has taken to family being the Weasley's as well. Gabby isn't shy at all; very much the extrovert, but truly doesn't like drawing attention to herself for more reasons that she already does. She's tenacious and a bit wild especially once she became a teenageer, and she got stronger magically. She's very amiable and wants to like everyone, for them to like her and see the good in everything. Gabby does fear her Veela side taking over, though she does embrace it; also fears people hating her for it and after her. She wants to have fun and enjoy life. And when he's really terrified, she bakes. She wasn't a Quidditch fan at first but now loves it, and loves the Quiberon Quafflepunchers. She finally got her dream of playing when she made the House Team at Hogwarts as one of the Chasers.
History: Gabrielle, or Gabby to very close friends, is the younger sister of Fleur Delacour. She is 1/4 Veela from her maternal grandmother. Her parents are Elliott and Apolline, and like Fleur considers herself pureblood. She grew up privledged and a bit spoiled but was jealous at times for all the attention given to Fleur, especially when they were older. But things change and Gabrielle became more extroverted and a bit of the wild reckless kid, less spoiled and learned to care a great deal for others. A few years behind Fleur, she attended Beauxbatons Academy of Magic after being homeschooled for several years. There was great excitement for the Triwizard Tournament and was so proud of Fleur at being one of the champions. The third challenge scared her more than she knew at the time and to this day doesn't let on at just how bad things are at times for her. Gabby does very well in school when she applies herself and has shown great skill in Transfigurations and DADA.
When the War actually broke out, she would have done anything to be with Fleur and stay in England. Much as she loved her parents, she wanted to fight, to be with Fleur and do what needed to be done. Begrudingly she stayed at home, at Beauxbatons, but kept track of all the goings-on with the others. Gabby had been fighting for almost two years to transfer to Hogwarts and finish school, and then it finally happened. Now she is living in London and working through training to be an Auror. Nothing will change her mind and she doesn't give up easily.
Past Relationships: she's fooled around with friends and has some major crushes but hasn't had a serious one to speak of though. Not that she's not looking..
