I'm sorry for the lack of updates everyone!!! I've been so busy but we got back to NYC from touring in Japan the day before yesterday!! (I have a whole story about what happened on the plane back too, yes Maddy is an insane woman.)

I promise to fill everyone in and everything that has happened and oh boy, it's been so much! And I also have gorgeous pictures to accompany them. Yay!! Right? Yeah, I thought so too.

Well, Maddy and I went on a date sorta thing yesterday. We went to Coney Island and we had a blast. We went to the Ringling Brothers circus. Wow, that was fun. I haven't been to the circus in so many years and Maddy had never even been to the circus, isn't that strange? How do you not go to the circus?

She of course was obsessed with all the fire and stuff randomly lighting up and the tigers. You know, the hardcore stuff apparently the acrobat lady was too girly for her to pay attention to. That was fine with me, I don't want her paying attention to any other girl but me!!! Hahaha.

But I was in total shock with how much the circus has changed. They played some of our songs and Maddy started drumming all her parts on some old man's bald head. I know, ridiculous, absurd but it was funny. P.S!! We had to wear disguises. Maddy had a hat and sunglasses and I put sunglasses on. Nobody really noticed us. If anything they probably thought we were still in Japan.

After that we went to go eat Nathans. That girl has never eaten Nathans either. Super weird? Well that's Maddy for you, absolutely uncontrollably weird. Somehow we managed to pack away in our tummys a whole large order of hot crinkly french fries (which are so adorable!! aww cutie french fries!) with yummy melted cheese and delicious bacon bits, not to mention 10 huge tasty chicken tenders..and the corn dog I made Maddy buy me. I tried to feed her some and she looked at me like I fed her a poisoned apple. For a minute, I thought she was going to collapse on the floor and convulse!

She apparently, does not understand the beauty and art that is THE CORNDOG. Yes, the big bad corndog on it's bad ass stick that it hangs out on like a throne. King of awesome weird food. Poor Corndog, you get no respect I guess. Next album, I will dedicate a song to the Corndog. Do dogs ever get corns on their feet? Because then they can be corn dogs too...

After that we went on every single ride...and let me tell you, I was terrified of the roller coaster. I was terrified of the Saturn thing, of the Spooky ride and everything. I was screaming the whole time. Maddy just laughed the whole time. But I got the last laugh when we went on the bumper cars. That's all I'm going to say. That's all I'm allowed to say, she said she'd kill me if I told you guys what happened.

In the end we spent time just walking in the sand together and looking for seashells!!! I love seashells they are so beautiful and mystical..Maddy said she was only in the sand because she was looking for shark teeth. Yeah right, she wanted some cutiesy seashells. She didn't find any. Instead...we found something more amazing than seashells and sharkteeth.

WE SAW JELLYFISH ON THE SHORE!!

I guess they washed up on the shore!! Maddy kept stepping on the baby jellyfish. They were like clear little beans or something so Maddy called then jellybeans!! So we saw the jellybellies and jellybeans and I had a big cup from the circus, I rinsed it out carefully with the water from the beach. Yes. Carefully. I didn't want to step on any precious jellies! Then I put some water inside and took my tweezers out and picked up jellybelly babies and put them inside, and a small jellybelly! I guess he was a jellybelly bean because he was inbetween! Then I closed it.

Now, while I was doing this would you believe me if I told you Maddy managed to stick her finger in bird poop? Yeah..well you should believe me because I'm serious. That's exactly what she did. She runs up to me stepping on the poor little jellybeans, waving her white fingertip in my face saying she poked bird poop because it was white and she thought it was a shell. Then turned red and said she meant shark tooth because shark teeth are white. Yeah right, nice try. I know you wanted seashells!!

So we had to wash her finger but be careful jellybeans and jellybellies and jellybelly beans didn't attack her little white butt when she was cleaning up!

We took the train home. The whole time on the train, Maddy complained she was thirsty and would forget that my jellies were in the cup and almost drink them. Then she'd be all traumatized for a few minutes and do the same thing because she forgot again. As soon as we got home we took baths because Maddy came home smelling like the elephants from the circus and bird poop. I came home smelling like corndogs and jellyfish..if they even smell like anything!

Then we went to sleep in her big bed because her bed is always bigger and better than mine. I don't care if it's exactly the same size and brand and all that. Maybe it's her bedsheets. I don't know! Her stuff is always better than mine. Even her food! It's ridiculous. But we were so tired. I promise to show pictures of this all!! I'm about to go make breakfast right now. So when I'm done and I wake up Maddykins and all that I'll come back and update again!
