1. Rose bucked tradition and didn't go into SHIELD. Sam followed family tradition and went into SHIELD.
2. Rose is the elder twin and always took the lead in getting into trouble. They were in trouble quite often.
3. Sam went into biology and Rose went into chemistry. Rose takes after Dad and likes blowing things up.
4. Both kids spent time in the lab with both parents growing up.
5. Rose goes to comic conventions with Dad and always dresses up. Sam thinks their weird.
