Appearance: Evan is the epitome of masculine charm. His face always sports a five o'clock shadow which accentuates the strong angle of his jaw. His eyes are a sharp and icy blue which easily reflect his inner fierceness. He is tall and wiry, displaying his obvious routine of physical labor. At first glance, it is the lazy, alluring way of his smile that often wins over his desired prey.

Personality: Evan is at most times highly reserved and prefers to watch quietly as to better obtain a feel for those around him. He's often perceived as brooding, and throws the full of his attention into something that strikes him as worthwhile or interesting. As the history of his name suggests, he often uses seduction as a tool for personal gain, and possesses a natural aura of suavity and articulation. As a child, Evan was well taught to remain completely numb and objective, and often seems disinterested or detached. His fault is easily pinpointed to his temper which, when provoked, is often violent and with consequence. Evan very rarely commits to loyalties for the sake of status, and submits himself to the dark arts purely for personal satisfaction. He only makes ties with those who truly deserve his respect, and is in no way nervous to show his dislike for those who do not.

Likes: Quiet observation, studying people and their behaviors, sketching anonymous persons, doing his job effectively.

History: From early childhood to teens, Evan was meticulously sculpted to fit the mold of his father's ideals. Any traces of weakness or original thoughts were quickly carved out of the boy and replaced with a stone hardness and unique numbness which made him the paradigm of the role he was educated to play. His father was known widely to be a hard, cruel man with no remorse for his brutality, openly displayed routinely against his last surviving blood, Evan. The vaguest memories of Evan's mother slowly faded with time, and he was never made to know anything about her other than her "repulsive betrayal", as so his father often stated.

Entering Hogwarts in 1969, Evan fit into Slytherin with ease, though at all times he kept a distance between he and most others. His observant nature proved a key advantage, and from day one it remained obvious that he was an exceptional student. Before he could even pass his OWLS, he was slipping into his predestined slot amongst the Death Eaters, and began vigorous training in the dark arts.

Four years and 3 months later the news of Rhamnus' death arrived by owl at breakfast, and though the cause was stated as natural, Evan remained convinced it was the man's cruelness that led to his premature death. Without a paternal mentor, he found himself looking to Antonin Dolohov as a role model and developed a respect for the man that remained with him throughout his life.

The first moment Evan witnessed a death fell on the same year in which he left Hogwarts, 1976, and now equipped with the tools to watch it happen without remorse, began his career as a Death Eater with exceptional effectiveness and never looked back.

Current Situation/Recent History: Evan Rosier remains a stable member of the Death Eaters, and recruits future death eaters alongside Dolohov.

Living Arrangements: A loft carefully hidden in downtown London.
