The salami I'm eating lists beef hearts as an ingredient. I think that falls under "would rather not know", even though that's stupid because I used to use heart in my chili.

Kind of like the time reading "lymph nodes" on the ingredients put me off chorizo, but less so.

Gotta dose myself with caffiene, I need to be awake all afternoon!
