Ah yes, I just made icons. Plenty of them and had a great time. I realized about 4/5ths the way through that I probably only had to apply the black and white theme to only those five icons. For once I didn't bother to ask and just went on assuming that you applied black and white to everything. I was using manga raws for these (so all images copy right the original author: Shinobu Kaitani), and about half of the chapters were scanned in in grayscale. This makes adding color a real bitch. Anyways, I'm just happy to get this thing done. Only took me four days, a pretty snazy accomplishment. I have decided that cleaning raws is a bitch too. Because it is.

There are a lot of people who are living in a rented property. Most of this rental contracts are for period of six or twelve months. Before being able to moving in, the renters has to deposit a large sums. Many rental contracts include clauses that at the end of tenancy the renter will have the property cleaned.
