He reaches out, his hands pushing into Henry's hair and half caressing, half scritching at Henry's scalp as he says "Henry, you are a person of exceptional character, a person with an exceptional heart. Out of every person on this planet.. your ring choose you. You didn't have to be a prince, or stretch across a room.. You didn't have to save your planet without the benefit of a ring.." He smiles a bit, his voice low as he says softly, "The only reason I saved my planet is because I am not fully Naltorian, so I did not share the same vision for the future that every other fully blooded Naltorian simply accepted. The only thing that made me any different is that I'm half alien to them."
