Gangbangers made a satisfying ~THUMP!~ when they hit the floor, Ezra decided.
"And with all that evidence just lying there," he told Robin as the police hauled the bound people away. "That's pretty much a giftwrapped thing. And my poor brother couldn't make it... say, Robin, I'm starving."

Ezra had done his very best to make it up to Evan for the fact that he'd wandered off that morning without clear information about where he was going. Once he was slightly placated, the wheedling had begun. Busting up just one meth operation that night, just one pleeeeeeaase?
And he's a suitably grateful sibling as the don their masks, and Ezra grabs his sticks and Evan his holsters, and off they go.

Ezra had been good. Sort of. Hey, he'd taken his pills. He wasn't hearing anything that wasn't actually there. And when he'd gone wandering off to the museum, he'd left a note for Evan and the dads. ....Sure, he hadn't mentioned which museum. He was happy to go to any. He'd gone with the art museum today, though. The fact that this would make finding him harder didn't really occur to him offhand.
Right now, he was looking at a beautiful exhibit of pre-Raphaelite stuff, and jotting down things in his notebook. He didn't much watch where he was going.

Abilities: Metagene: Can sense where his brother is at all times and what kind of physical stress his brother is under, down to being able to read a word scratched on his arm in a pinch.
Skills: Brilliant at computer science and mathematics, he is a skilled hacker with a rather 'interdisciplinary' approach. He is also a very good hand-to-hand combatant, though quite on his brother's level.
Weaknesses and flaws: Ezra is mildly schizophrenic. He has meds, which he sometimes has to be reminded to take. this control recurring hallucinations. He also can become quite fixated on his ideas.

Backstory: The twins Ezra and Evan ended up in foster care at an extremely early age. When they were six years old, they were discovered by Savant, who say the way Evan tried to protect the already-unstable Ezra, identified with the kids, and impulsively decided to get them out of their situation, faking all the background documentation necessary to adopt them.
Savant and Creote were loving parents, if absentminded and stern, respectively. They taught the boys thoroughly.
The Durlin Twins were acquainted with the offspring of the Birds of Prey as, essentially, eccentric distant cousins that no one knows quite how to handle. Because really, only the immediate family knows how to handle Ezra.
Ezra's reliance on Evan might not seem healthy to many, but in their household, codependence is rather normal.

The Dads were out -- Savant had been shocked to discover that he hadn't taken his partner to dinner alone in eight months. They were on their own. Not that this was ever a problem. Ezra had been good and taken his meds and everything. Ezra was typing at his computer when suddenly he closed it, left his seat, and slipped into a handstand near his brother. "I have an idea!"
