A-level. 3 hours. First of the written exams. One modern novel ('Spies' by Micheal Frayn; closed-text so we couldn't take the book in), one 18th-century (Oscar Wilde! :D) and one poetry collection (Carol Anne Duffy, for whom sex > everything). Went okay, I think. Now I have a week to cram for my exams in Everything Else! D:
Also, and this is a completely related topic I swear, Peter Petrelli absorbs the powers of any super he gets close to, yeah? And we know from, like, ages ago that he got close enough to Sylar to absorb his TK, and presumably the other powers he had back then. So I have questions:
1. Why has he not frozen anything yet? 'Cause that's an awesome power.
2. Why have we not been treated to the frankly hilarious sight of Peter wandering around and going "you're broken" at people? 'Cause I have a mental image of that and I want to see it on screen, goshdarnit. |
