Write a post in your livejournal, explaining your username, where you got it, and why you continue to use it. Use an icon that you're not sure everybody understands, and explain that, too. Well, Cazrolime comes from my name, which is Caroline. Story is: I have a couple cousins who call me Calowine (hey, that's a thought. "Calo-friend". Cool.), and some of my friends call me Caz, so I thought, hey! Let's warp my name! I have some other names too: my first screen name was (is) Elfkin, on Tolkienonline: I was just trying to think of something original which sounds good. My nickname became Ellie. That led to Elliekin, on Fanfiction.net, and Elderflower "Ellie" Gardener, a RP character (Elderflower came from a search for flowers -- hobbit girls are traditionally named after flowers, y'see -- which could be shortened to "Ellie"; Gardener is the adopted surname of Sam's son Frodo). "Hobbitesque" is my e-mail address, because hobbits are my favourite Middle-earthiens. Then I branched off in a completely different tangent when I joined the PPC, using my Drama teacher's school nickname of Twiggy for my little agent. Her partner, Scorpia, was named by my brother, and as he was reading the Alex Rider book of the same name at the time I have little doubt as to where that name comes from. Twiggy's full name ("Twig-Onto-And-Amiably-Discourage-Heretic-Plots Papaya") came later: from a reading of Terry Pratchett and a love of Omnian names, and because papayas smell nice. Scorpia's surname, like his first name, was chosen by my brother: Lotus, after the car. I also use Cazrolime on Quizilla and varying places; and Twiggy on Council of Elrond and varying other places. I only have two icons at the moment: a dancing lime holding a book, which comes from my name and my love of reading; and my "Agent Twiggy Speaking" icon, which comes from wanting fellow PPCers to know who I am when I post PPC things. Not that anyone's interested in this stuff, but hey. :D Oh, yeah, I saw "I, Robot" last night. Very cool film.
