Noah Bennet and Abraham Gray were BFFs, back in the day. After Sandra found the tranquillizers-o-doom in Bennet's man-purse, he commiserated to Abe, and Abe was all: "Bad luck, mate," because he talks like that when he's been drinking and they're both down the pub.
And HRG's all: "Hasn't Virginia ever found any suspicious implements that you've left lying around through parental stress?"
And Abe's all: "Nope, she and Gabriel think I'm COMPLETELY NORMAL, AHAHAHAHAHAHA."
And then they had a good laugh, and Claude made sure they got completely smashed out of their faces, because he's good like that.
