Appearance: Marlowe has long dark hair like her mother's; cutting it at any time in any way just results in it growing back when she's asleep. She also picked up her mother's slight frame and average height. Her eyes are a very intense green, and her sister Lily torments her mercilessly by telling her she looks more like 'uncle' Miles than their father.
Personality: Like most weavers, Marlowe can be quite shy and self-contained. However, Marlowe's parents knew this was a possibilty and made sure to have her out and about and participating in as many childhood activities as possible. It worked, and even though she can still be shy sometimes, she's very well-adjusted. She discovered early on that she had control over all of the elements, not just water like had been thought.
Strengths: Marlowe excelled at study, and decided to keep up with it, becoming a scholar at Salem Academy and teaching elemental magic to students.
Weaknesses: She's been good friends with Victor Graves since childhood, and has yet to learn how to say no when he wants to involve her in one of his silly stunts. There have been some interesting conversations in the family regarding his influence on her.
Secrets: She can't remember when it started, but she had a massive crush on Victor. He indicated that he felt similarly before disappearing.
Biography: Marlowe is the youngest daughter of Morgan and Titus, and the third child in the family (coming after Juno and Lily, but before Liam). All of her siblings have light-coloured hair and eyes, like their father, but Marlowe has her mother's dark hair and eyes. Some people have commented that she resembles her mother's friend Miles more than Titus, but Morgan has assured her that it is only rumor, and Marlowe believes her. Despite this, she is close to her 'uncle' Miles and is his favourite of the siblings.
After Victor's disappearance, Marlowe found herself developing a close relationship with his brother Reed which blossomed into romance. Their relationship is still in fragile stages, and Victor's sudden reappearance is sure to be a problem. |
