Oh man... I cracked up when you explained that Kouji's pain was just part of the whole twin connection. XDDD Finally. One man in the world who might have a chance at understanding what a woman goes through each month. XD Poor kid. For a minute there I thought you were making him a girl and that for some reason "she" had been hiding that fact. :P I'm glad to see that I was wrong.

Aw, his adoration of Zuko is just so cute. The panicking and attempt to rescue Zuko after the explosion... loved it. And the hug. squee

I DON'T like the fact that the kid now has to deal with Zhao though. Hopefully Yan will continue teaching Kouji self-defense despite being in Zhao's fleet. Like Ty Lee said in your other story, benders often don't learn how to fight in other ways... it'll be nice for Kouji to be yet another exception to that rule. ^_^
