Let me be clear about one point: it's not about corporate power - corporations are legal fictions controlled by people. There are people hiding behind the cover of corporations and their aim is for power and wealth... and everything else be damned. The "budget crisis" is just another Emergency that cooked up to cow the populace, transfer money from our pockets and lavishing it on those who have more money than many small nations.
