Entertaining doggerel aside, the Mississippi constitutional amendment being voted on today is pretty unfunny stuff, part of a war against abortion that has turned into a war on birth control. (I would say it had turned into a legislative war against women, but I don't think it's 'turned into' that; I think it was really that all along.) Bad theology, bad biology bad sociology, and bad law.
