Backstory: A prehistoric turtle hatched some sixty-five million years ago, Grogg was frozen in an iceberg until he was awakened, mutated, and enlarged to gigantic size by atomic testing. He then proceeded to stomp on Tokyo off and on for the next fifty years, causing incredible amounts of property damage. Grogg was usually stopped in these rampages by either the military, scientists, local super-heroes, and, occasionally, friendly Kaiju. Eventually, one of Grogg’s rampage’s was stopped by the use of Pym Particles, bringing him down to a much more manageable size. He was then placed in the custody of the Japanese government. As the overall damage he had caused was $3, 976, 853, 432, 287.96, it was decided he would be put to work working off his debt. Due to the large amount involved and the fact Grogg continues to rack up further debt, it is generally assumed he will be working for the government for the next several hundred years.
