I've nearly finished my application for the emperor over there and I'd love to fill in some of his plot before I submit him. He could use a BFF, friends, enemies, exes... I almost picture him having a girlfriend once where it ended badly and kind of put him off of dating for awhile, but IDK.

Anyway, I know a bunch of y'all are holding there, so hit me up with your people and your plotting, Y/Y? :)
