So, I made a stop at Walgreens on my way home tonight, because I needed things and they had this bin of completely adorable socks. Really, just ask freckles42 how adorably sock-crazy I went. They are soft and fuzzy and made of win.

In other news, hot shower before bed does wonders for the sinuses. I am going to crash very, very soon, but yay for sort of starting to feel better? The cough is stubbornly hanging around and I really would like all the sinus drainage to go away, but compared to last week at this time? Yeah.. improvement.

I have to go beat my cat now. I should have known that naming her Narcissa would only lead to trouble.

Also? Plane tickets to go see hope_guides_me have been booked. So freakin excited!

I think it's probably been awhile since I wrote anything here. Ooops?

Anyway, I got my Stahist refilled and also discovered that I could take it during the day without being too sleepy. After a couple of days of that, I was feeling much better, so now I am back to only taking it at night (at least, on the days I work) and I am feeling much, much better. My cough is very nearly gone, even though my nose is still a little stuffy. It's a lot better than I have felt in months, so yay.

I got rear-ended on my way into work the other day. Eeeep. My car is fine as was the other car involved. I might have a very small amount of whiplash, because my left shoulder and neck are sore, but I generally have soreness there, anyway, so it's hard to tell. At any rate, I think I might visit a chiropractor after my next payday, because I probably need it, regardless of the cause. It was a little freaksome, even if no one was injured.

It's probably a little sad that I was more concerned about it potentially making me late to work thank anything else, but I made it on time, so no worries there, either.

Work has been pretty insane. We're extremely busy, more so than last year, even, and I'm finding that all I want to do when I am not at work is just be generally lazy or catch up on things at Erised and Tell a Tale. Eri is not nearly as active as I would like it to be, but I'm pretty swamped with things at TaT, especially now that I am helping Amber with some modly things since Gel is AFK and have gone completely insane and decided that on my next day off, I'm going to go back and tag everything in the main and ooc communities by player/character/topic/etc. Organization FTW?

Also? My kitten is a complete kleptomaniac. I can't help being really amused by this, even if it's a bit irksome at times. Really, she's entirely too adorable for me to actually get upset with her. And she still cuddles with me while I sleep, which might be the cutest thing ever. You know, next to the hilarity of how insane she gets over bubbles and Emily's new laser pointer.
