Don had just returned from visiting Lily. It was nice to see her again, especially since it had been three long years. When he got inside, he walked into the study and opened his Anthropology book.

It was not often that Don Hall had a reason to visit people outside the city limits of Philadelphia, but this was a time that was not often. Lily Troy, the adopted daughter of Donna Troy, had returned from Themyscira. News of her return fell through the grapevine and eventually made its way to Don. He’d met Lily through his cousin, Jarrod Hall, and had become friends with her. It was only fair that he greeted her upon her return.
After talking with his mom and dad, Don was able to go visit Lily. He called ahead of time to let her know he wanted to see her. He insisted she didn’t take the trouble of driving over to him. Honestly? Don wanted to do some driving. He let everybody know that he had his Learner’s Permit and that he liked driving whenever he got the chance. That, of course, meant that his mom was coming along for the ride.
That didn’t mean, however, that his mom was going to be hanging off of his shoulders while he talked with Lily. So when he knocked on the door, Lily’s mom came to the door and escorted his mom into the kitchen for their own chat. Meanwhile, Don and Lily could have their own.

PLAYER: Paul E-MAIL: on file AIM: on file CHARACTER NAME: Donald "Don" Hall CHARACTER LJ: neutral_ground PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Don is 5'10" and weighs roughly 160lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes. AGE: Sixteen BIRTHDAY: April 1 CODENAME: Equalizer PB: Kevin Zegers ABILITIES: Don was born between the conflicting orders of Chaos and Order, and is thus Neutral, and has the power to make things "neutral". His power instates a law that "both sides are equal" and thus allows Don to knowingly copy the powers of one enemy around him to make things "equal" or "fair". Don is a skilled martial boxer, wrestler and athlete. Don possesses a vast mystical potential, both of Order and Chaos. Don also has great willpower and is a gifted tactician with considerable skill in coercion. His best subject in school is Anthropology. WEAKNESSES/FLAWS: Don's power does not affect natural skills or intellect, or anything mechanically engineered. The powers of an enemy that is defeated are not accessible to Don. If Don ever attempted to hone his potential for magic, he would have to choose which order to follow, thus breaking his neutrality and eliminating his initial power. There are beings that cannot be affected by Don's power (Gods, Lords of Chaos and Order, etc.), unless they are in a realm of magic. CHARACTER LOCATION/HOME: Philadelphia ALIGNMENT: Nuetral-Good TEAM: YJLA RELATIVES: Hank Hall (Father), Dawn Granger (Mother), Holly Granger (Aunt), Don Hall (Uncle/Deceased), Jarrod Hall (Cousin) HISTORY: Donald “Don” Hall is the son of Hank Hall and Dawn Granger. He grew up learning how to fight and defend others, but always maintained a sense of fairness about it. He was a very sports-oriented kid growing up, and he always maintained a philosophy of playing by the rules. Although he hasn’t done much for crime fighting—having opted to stay in school—Don does know the ins-and-outs of the costumed life and has occasionally gone on patrol in Philadelphia to see what there is to being a costumed hero. He found that he enjoyed the life and wanted to help make the world more equal and fair, but he never knew when he would get the chance to make a difference. How do you plan to introduce the character to the game? Bring him on to the YJLA What are you planning to do with this character? Stuff with the YJLA. What do you want to see happen with this character? Team plots. He’s a big Team Player kind of guy.
