Thanks, though again, what'd I'd been asking about was the account itself, not the import, and that creating a new account required either a code or a payment, which was the main reason for asking. As of tonight, though, they seem to have lifted that - or else, I wound up on a wrong page somehow before - so there's that (thought it best to check again before replying here).
