NAME: Grayson Lucas Taylor AGE/BIRTHDAY: 16, September 11, 1994 GRADE: 10th CLASS: Popular Jock and Middle Class
FAMILY: Jonathan and Isabelle Taylor (parents) - still happily married, though both work hard to provide for their six kids. Two older sisters Fraternal twin brother(older by minutes) Two younger sisters. SEXUALITY: Straight. ACTIVITIES: Football (receiver)
APPEARANCE: Grayson has brown hair that he wears a little on the longer side. He can often be found combing his fingers through it to keep it out of his eyes while in class. As for his eyes, they’re just as dark as his brown hair. He very much fits the ‘tall, dark, and handsome’ stereotype. Standing at 6’1, he’s got a nice tan to his athletic build. When he smiles, a lot of the time it’s a half smile, but it always reaches his eyes.
As far as his clothing choices go, he’s a t-shirt and jeans kind of guy. Grayson prefers comfort to trendy. He owns about six pairs of jeans in varying shades of blue and they all fit him like they were made specifically for him. T-shirt wise, the boy owns probably close to fifty and often pairs them up with a button down shirt if he’s going out with girl or going to a club. Gray does own a suit and a few ties, as well as a few pairs of dress pants, but nine times out of ten he can be found in jeans and occasionally sweats. PLAYED BY: Stephen R. McQueen
LIKES: Girls. Making out. Football. Partying. Junk food. Video games.
DISLIKES: Crying. Wimps. Steroids. Chick flicks. Vegetables. Reading.
STRENGTHS: He excels at sports. Biology. Chemistry. Flirting.
WEAKNESSES: He’s not good at being faithful. English. History. Art.
DETAILED PERSONALITY: Growing up with a house full of girls did teach Grayson to treat women right. He’ll stand up for any one (girl or guy) that can’t really defend themselves. He was taught early on to open and close doors for all women and to help them with their coats and chairs. When he takes a girl out, he brings flowers and plans a nice dinner and a movie date. Despite not lasting long in relationships, he is a southern gentleman.
When it comes to family and friends, Grayson is very loyal. He wants what’s best for them and will back them up or do just about anything for them. While he might not always agree with them, publicly he’ll back them up and then discuss his difference of opinion privately. Being on the football team, he’s always been quite popular and is surrounded by friends a majority of the time. However, his best friend is and always will be his brother Travis. They might be opposites, but they understand each other fundamentally.
Dedicated to having a more lucrative future then his parents were able to obtain, Grayson works hard. He studies his butt off for all of his classes and tries not to have too many distractions. Sure, he goes out and parties every now and again, but he doesn’t do it in excess. He’s never been one to drink so much he doesn’t remember what happened or isn’t in control of his actions. Gray doesn’t want anything to stop him from being the best man he can be, so he’s always left a party or gathering if it’s gotten drug related or enhanced.
HISTORY: Born as the fourth child of Jonathan and Isabelle Taylor, Grayson was the younger of fraternal twin boys. He and his brother Travis are sandwiched between two older sisters and two younger sisters. In a household of girls, he felt it his duty to become male personified.
From a very early age, Gray was involved with sports. Before high school, he played everything he could. It was football in the fall, basketball in the winter, baseball in the spring, and soccer in the summer. However, once he got to high school he concentrated on football. After all, it was the big sport. It also got him the most girls. Gray isn’t overly picky about who he dates, he;s really after one thing. Of course he puts a little effort into each of his girlfriends. He doesn’t want to get a bad reputation.
Despite their differences, Grayson loves his brother. He can’t exactly call him his big brother, but he does use it to tease him every now and again. Throughout their childhood, he always tried to get his brother to get involved in sports. However, he didn’t put him down for his artistic tendencies like his father sometimes did. If Travis wanted to draw and paint, that was his prerogative. That didn’t mean he didn’t bring his brother along when he needed a second guy for a date with a couple of girls.
Since the Taylors didn’t have a ton of money growing up, as soon as he was old enough, Gray started working with his dad. When he wasn’t at football practice or doing his homework, he was working at the construction sites. The extra money helped his younger sisters have a little more than the rest of them had had growing up and that was good by him. It was seeing how much his family lived in want that drove him to be the best football player he possibly could be. He wants to go to college to make something of himself and he needed a scholarship to do that.
